     Welcome to the Stamford Police Association (S.P.A) Web site. This site has been down since the untimely death of Sergeant (Sgt) James Delano on January 4, 2005. Sgt Delano suffered a heart attack on December 28, 2004.

     We will put forward an informative web site as we will continue with Sgt. Delano's vision of moving the S.P.A into the Internet age. The web site will grow with time.

     We are planning two phases at this time for the web site. The first phase is what you see here today.  We will continue to add more as time goes on. The second phase will be a section for the SPA members and at this time is in the planning stages. Enjoy the site and as our locomotive conductor Sgt Delano would say, "ALL ABOARD AND FULL STEAM AHEAD."
